The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Thief Cosplay (Halloween 2015)

For Halloween 2015, I attended a party as a thief, in a costume based off of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

First, I made some Steel Boots, based off of a design in Skyrim.

I made a Dragonbone Dagger, which my brother suggested I make after I inadvertently broke a yard stick. It’s composed primarily of scraps I had laying about, and acrylic paint. This wasn’t intended for a Halloween costume, but was just a side project that turned out useful for it at the last minute.

Second, the costume I threw together last minute to go with the Dragonbone dagger and Nordic boots. Most of it composed of pre-sewn articles, but the boot plates and leather slabs (paldrons and gauntlets) were made by me from craft foam, acrylic paint, and faux leather fabric (left over from  my Tales of Symphonia: Lloyd Irving Cosplay).
